Ayman Farouk

Egypt
Business Development Manager in PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Cairo. Bachelor of Commerce from Cairo University. He gained experience in the tourism industry, among others, as the director of a Polish tourist company in Hurghada. He has been associated with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency since May 2018. He speaks Arabic, Polish and English.

Daniel Kireki Abere

Kenya
Business Development Manager in PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Nairobi. An expert in the field of economic relations between countries, international organizations and private companies, with extensive knowledge in trade and investment, as well as dispute resolution. Prior to joining PAIH, he worked with the National Fund for New Technologies as a business analyst, advising Polish companies on business and investment opportunities in East Africa, as well as African companies interested in Poland. He holds a bachelor's degree in international economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and a professional diploma from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UK. He is interested in agriculture, construction and information and communication technologies.

Łukasz Słoniowski

Kenya
Head of PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Nairobi. In 2019-2024, Deputy Chairman of the Krakow Technology Park, awarded the title of "Manager of the Year of Małopolska 2022". He has a variety of professional experience: he ran his own business for five years, was a councillor of the city of Krakow three times, and worked at the STO social school. For several years, as a tutor in the "PAFF Leaders" Program, he supported the development of social leaders. He also taught business communication, among other things, on the MBA course at the Krakow School of Business at the University of Economics in Krakow. Initiator of the oldest ongoing Oxford debate competition - "School of Debate" (continuously since 2003), co-founder of the Krakow Speakers Association, populariser of debate. A graduate of law from the Jagiellonian University and MBA studies at the Krakow School of Business at the University of Economics in Krakow.

Radosław Gojdź

An Expert at PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Nairobi. He supports Polish companies in their international expansion, especially in sectors related to security, defence and unmanned technologies. He gained his professional experience in, among other things, the Corporate Governance Department of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and as part of his own consulting and training activities. A graduate of the MBA course at the University of Central Lancashire and HR management and marketing at Webster University.

Business Development Manager in PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Casablanca. Previously, for several years, he worked as an export coordinator and manager in private companies in the construction industry. With PAIH for three years. He searches for business opportunities for Polish companies in Morocco. He supports them in their foreign expansion – from the analysis of export potential and market specifics, through searching for and verifying partners, to trade negotiations or investment consulting.

She also has experience in the IT sector and non-governmental organizations in the field of project and financial management. A graduate of Management Sciences, a PhD student in the field of fintech. Loubna is passionate about digital development, finance and supporting young entrepreneurs. An activist for youth diplomacy and civil society. She speaks Arabic, French, English and Polish.

Maciej Pawłowski

Morocco
A Business Development Manager in PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Casablanca, North African correspondent of the XYZ.pl portal and expert of the Institute of New Europe for Mediterranean affairs. He gained his professional experience in, among other places, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Cairo, the Polish Institute of International Affairs and PKO Bank Polski. He is the author of over 150 publications and three books on African and Mediterranean affairs. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, he holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Spatial Management.

Justyna Sitarska

Nigeria
Head of PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Lagos. She graduated from the faculty of Dutch Philology at the University of Wrocław and Psychology in business from the School of Banking in Wrocław. Manager and entrepreneur with many years of experience on the international market. During her professional career she led projects in Poland and Spain. She was a Sales Director in Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago and Nigeria, where she worked on emerging markets investment publications and promotions for USA Today and The Independent. She was also the founder and Managing Director of Filigri Consulting, a Nigerian-based consultancy, business development and sales strategy training for Nigerian blue-chip companies. She has been living and working in Lagos since 2012, which is why she perfectly understands the Nigerian market and its specifics.

Krzysztof has worked in PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Lagos for six years, and for over twenty years in Nigeria. An IT specialist by education, while a manager with practical experience of many international projects in the region . He actively supports the business activities of Polish entrepreneurs, including the Polish diaspora – he is a co-founder of the Polish Institute in Lagos. A passionate automotive hobbyist and promoter of travel and tourism.

Saudi Arabia
A Business Development Manager in PAIH's Foreign Trade Office in Riyadh. He specializes in supporting Polish companies in establishing business relations and expanding into Arab markets. Previously, he was a tour leader in Arab and Muslim countries and a consultant for intercultural affairs at the Polish-Qatari Business Council. Co-founder of Almasdar, a consulting and translation services company, and co-author of the first Polish guide to Saudi Arabia. A graduate of the Faculty of Arabic and Islamic Studies from the University of Warsaw, a scholarship holder of the National Agency for Academic Exchange at Cairo University.

Head of PAIH's Foreign Trade Office in Riyadh. He has over 20 years of experience in project management, strategic consulting and supporting the foreign expansion of companies. He specializes in the organization of economic missions and building B2B and B2G relations on the Middle Eastern markets. He effectively develops economic cooperation in the field of construction, IT, energy and new technologies. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies at the Institute of Telecommunications where he obtained a PRINCE2® certificate in Project Management and an MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School with a specialization in AI and digital transformation. He is fluent in English, Polish and Arabic. He is passionate about international relations.

Karabo Mahibila

South Africa
A Business Development Manager in PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Johannesburg. She has a multifaceted academic background having obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, as well as post-graduate degrees in International Politics, and Development Studies at the University of Pretoria, The University of South Africa, and the University of Witwatersrand respectively. Her expertise lies primarily in stakeholder relations management and trade and investment promotion with extensive experience in working with the European business and diplomatic community. Her previous tenure was as General Manager of the Southern African Netherlands Chamber of Commerce until she joined the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) in January 2022. Her role is to support trade-related inquiries from Polish businesses exploring and navigating the South African market and also to promote PAIH as a valuable facilitator and create meaningful relations with South African partners and stakeholders.

Kasia Muzyk

Head of PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Johannesburg. Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Investment Management from the University of Pretoria. She also completed postgraduate studies in economics. Kasia started her career as an administrator of investment funds. Worked as a Private Banker (RMB Private Bank) and then gained experience in business banking (FNB Business), where she analysed companies with a turnover of at least PLN 42m+. With PAIH since 2020. She speaks Polish, English and Afrikaans.

Elnara Mammadova

Elnara gained her professional experience for many years in Azerbaijan and Poland. Elnara worked as, among other things, the Head of PAIH’s Foreign Trade Office in Baku, at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Warsaw and in the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw. She has been associated with PAIH since 2018, since April 2023 she has been supporting Polish entrepreneurs on the Turkish market.

She started her career in the international marketing department of a developer of shopping centres. Over the years, she has gained experience in leasing, acquiring and conducting relations with International clients and preparing investments in Irish, Hungarian and Israeli companies. For 6 years she has been managing the PAIH Foreign Trade Office in Istanbul. advising Polish companies on how to operate on the Turkish market, actively analysing business potential and competitive environment, with particular emphasis on the impact of cultural factors on business relations and consumer preferences.

He has been helping Polish entrepreneurs since December 2015 – initially working in the Trade and Investment Promotion Department of the Polish Embassy in Ankara, and since 2019 – in the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.

Maciej Białko

United Arab Emirates
Head of PAIH's Foreign Trade Office in Dubai. Manager with over 20 years of professional experience, including 17 years of practice in the United Arab Emirates. Currently, he is the head of the PAIH Foreign Trade Office in Dubai, where he supports the expansion of Polish companies to global markets and develops activities in the field of attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to Poland. He was the initiator of the establishment of the Polish Business Council in Dubai, where he served as the founding Chairman, strengthening the position of Polish companies in the region. Previously, he worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abu Dhabi as a macroeconomic expert, and also managed the office of the Upper Silesian Fund in Abu Dhabi – Poland’s first regional economic representation in the Middle East. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience – Maciej established two of his own companies and helped in the establishment of many other entities operating in the field of trade and business consulting on the Persian Gulf market. Previously, he gained experience in the financial sector as an investment advisor in institutions such as Barclays Bank, Bank of Scotland and Bank of Ireland. A graduate of sociology at the University of Wrocław and a holder of an MBA from the University of Bradford, he has been consistently working for years to build economic bridges between Poland and international markets, supporting trade, investments and strategic business partnerships.

Magdalena Borowik

Magdalena Borowik, Business Development Manager, PAIH's Foreign Trade Office in Dubai. Magdalena is an expert in innovation, financial technologies, and digital services, with extensive experience across the public, private, and startup sectors. She has worked at the financial supervisory authority, where she was responsible for innovation and international relations, as well as managed her own business and led government projects. Her expertise includes technology risk management, digital service infrastructure, and digital sovereignty. She has collaborated with institutions in the Middle East, representing Poland at high-level financial and investment events. Magdalena is the author of numerous publications on innovation ecosystems and data security and has also lectured at the academic level. She joined PAIH in August 2023 and, since August 2025, has been working at the PAIH Foreign Trade Office in Dubai, where she is responsible for the IT, financial, and fintech sectors.
