For several years, as a tutor in the "PAFF Leaders" Program, he supported the development of social leaders. Currently, he is the head of the PAIH Foreign Trade Office in Dubai, where he supports the expansion of Polish companies to global markets and develops activities in the field of attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to Poland. He was the initiator of the establishment of the Polish Business Council in Dubai, where he served as the founding Chairman, strengthening the position of Polish companies in the region. Previously, he worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Abu Dhabi as a macroeconomic expert, and also managed the office of the Upper Silesian Fund in Abu Dhabi – Poland’s first regional economic representation in the Middle East. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience – Maciej established two of his own companies and helped in the establishment of many other entities operating in the field of trade and business consulting on the Persian Gulf market. He worked for, among others, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Santiago, responsible for cultural diplomacy and promotion and support of the Faculty of Economics of the institution and at the Centre for the Development of Nanotechnology (CEDENNA) of the University of Santiago de Chile, taking part in the analysis of security policy in the field of nanotechnology. For several years he also ran his own business in Chile and Poland in the field of PR and multimedia services, and for about eight years he was associated with the Polish steel sector, responsible for the creation and implementation of numerous projects in the field of communication and social dialogue for the largest steel producer in Poland and in the world. She has been associated with Japan for many years - in 2012 she graduated from the faculty of Japanese Studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, after which she left to continue her education at Osaka University as a scholarship holder of the Japanese government, where she defended her Doctoral dissertation. In 2018-2020, she conducted research at the University of Tokyo as a fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. She has extensive experience as a Polish-Japanese translator for the largest Japanese corporations, such as Toyota and Sumitomo. She also worked as a market analyst, which eventually focused her interest on the private sector. She has been with PAIH since 2021. A specialist with extensive experience in international environments. She began her professional career in Germany in the education sector. From 2009 to 2019, she worked at the European Parliament. After returning to Poland, she managed EU-funded educational projects and internationalization processes in higher education. She has in-depth knowledge of the functioning of international institutions and EU legislative processes. She is particularly interested in sustainable development and corporate governance (ESG). A native of Zielona Góra, she enjoys travel, literature, and Japanese culture. She has lived in Germany, Northern Ireland, and Belgium, but her heart belongs to the Lubuskie region.
